Daru Design: Return & Refund Policy
At Daru Design, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women's clothing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Right to Return/Exchange (No Reason Required)
According to Egyptian Law No. 181 of 2018, you have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Condition: The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached).

Packaging: The original packaging must be intact.

Shipping Fees: For "no-reason" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description on our website/social media, you have 30 days to request a full refund or exchange.

Condition: We will inspect the item to confirm the defect.

Fees: In the case of a proven defect, Daru Design will bear all shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund (including the original shipping fee).

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect:

Intimate apparel or bodysuits.

Items customized or tailored specifically to your measurements (Couture/Custom-Made).

4. Refund Process
Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card refund or bank transfer).

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or a digital wallet (Vodafone Cash, etc.) as agreed upon.

Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
