• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• To request an exchange or return, please contact us first with your order number.

If the courier service is temporarily unavailable or not operating, exchange or return requests may be delayed until shipping resumes.

Shipping fees for exchange or return are covered by the customer unless the item has a defect
